Practice

We practice week nights at the Miwok Aquatic Complex at IVC and Sunday afternoons at Redwood High School!

Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Miwok aquatics complex in Novato

Practice is 7:15-9:00pm

Free parking is only in the top half of lot 5 in the section labeled free parking. Campus police will issue a ticket if you do not have a permit or are not parked in lot 5.

Sunday afternoons at Redwood High school in Larkspur

Practice is 2:45-5pm

 

First 30 minutes are warmup and skills

​

Park in the main high school parking lot. Walk between the gyms to find the pool.
